Commis Chef

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Commis Chef to join our cafe kitchen team. You will assist in preparing fresh, high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring that all food is served to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking cafe menu items.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and organization, following health and safety standards.
• Support senior chefs with food preparation.
• Assist with stock rotation and inventory management.
• Maintain food quality and presentation standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Commis Chef or in a similar role in a cafe or restaurant setting.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Team player with good communication skills.
