Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and produce high-quality dishes under the supervision of senior chefs, maintaining consistency and portion control.
* Support daily mise en place and ensure all sections are fully prepared before service.
* Maintain kitchen hygiene and comply with food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
* Assist with stock rotation, inventory management, and minimizing food wastage.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
* Follow standard operating procedures and contribute to improving kitchen efficiency.
* Demonstrate passion for food, creativity, and willingness to learn new techniques and cuisines.

Ideal Profile

* 1 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel, resort, or fine-dining restaurant.
* Formal culinary training or diploma preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality dishes.
* Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
