Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing ingredients and basic dishes according to the chef s specifications.
  • Support senior chefs in day-to-day kitchen operations and mise en place.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation following food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation in line with brand standards.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations during service.
  • Monitor inventory levels for your section and communicate shortages promptly.
  • Learn and develop culinary techniques through on-the-job training and mentorship.
  • Uphold a strong sense of teamwork, punctuality, and professionalism at all times.
