About the Role

As a Commis II, you will be an essential part of our culinary team, supporting the Cold Kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

Support the daily operations of the Kitchen section.
Prepare and present dishes with precision and consistency.
Uphold the highest standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation.
Ensure kitchen equipment is properly maintained and operational.

About You

Certified in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional training.
Experienced in luxury hotel kitchens or banquet operations.
Passionate about food, with a creative flair and strong attention to detail.
Communicates effectively in English and works well in a team environment
