What You'll Do:
  • Deliver Excellence: Provide top-tier commissioning services that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Travel & Assess: Visit project sites to perform assessments, attend commissioning meetings, and work directly with clients and project teams to define scope and needs.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Engage with architects, engineers, owners, and code officials to ensure seamless integration of commissioning into each project.
  • Lead Documentation Efforts: Develop commissioning plans, checklists, and functional performance tests. Conduct testing and compile final commissioning reports.
  • Keep Learning: Stay sharp and current by participating in ongoing professional development, industry events, and continuing education opportunities.
  • Communicate Effectively: Clearly express ideas and technical details through written, verbal, and visual communication.
  • Be a Team Player: Foster strong working relationships with colleagues through mutual respect, collaboration, and shared success.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
  • 4 years minimum of controls or test and balance, HVAC design and/or Mech. Construction Administration experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, and FTP share sites
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
  • CxT, CxA, CEM, LEED AP BC+C Commissioning certifications or interest to obtain.
  • Bachelor Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree from an Accredited University
  • Experienced in controls, test & balance and/or designing either K-12, Higher Education, Public Safety, Healthcare, Multi-family, Theme Park, and/or Government Facilities building types
