Pay Range: $95,000 - $110,000

The Content Manager, Communications is responsible for executing the overall Front Porch content strategy by recommending its creation as well as producing and managing its high-quality content for various platforms (web, social, email), that ensures brand and content calendar consistency to enhance Search Engine Optimization (SEO). that enhances brand presence and engagement. Additionally, this position ensures that the messaging is innovative, financially viable and effectively reaches the target audiences through creative excellence combined with a communication strategy and social media management this position.

The duties listed below are essential functions of the position that must be performed to effectively perform the position in at least an acceptable manner as defined by Front Porch. In the future, other duties may be assigned and considered essential functions of the position:

  • Implement communications content strategies that grow audiences, increase engagement, and amplify Front Porch’s brand and reputation.
  • Regularly update content on the corporate website, including drafting regular blog posts, to ensure timely posting of information.
  • Develop, implement after approval, and update a comprehensive corporate content calendar to ensure the timely and relevant content delivery across all platforms.
  • Produce high-quality content including but not limited to, photography, video, commemorative posts, etc., that may be used both for corporate communication as well as cross-posted as marketing resources, working with the marketing team to ensure a collaborative and integrated approach to our communications and social media efforts.
  • Team up with marketing to produce high-quality content including but not limited to, photography, video, commemorative posts, etc., fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovative ideas and solutions, and ensures a cohesive and integrated approach to our communications and social media efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and communication strategies to determine ROI and adjust plans as necessary to meet appropriate targets.
  • Support and enhance organizational reputation by monitoring corporate email inboxes, social media messaging, and online reviews, providing appropriate responses.
  • Share blog posts, media mentions, and updates on programs such as exhibitions, initiatives, and awards.
  • Ensure all online communication and messaging is compliant with all Federal, State and Local laws (i.e., HIPAA, ADA etc.).
  • Build internal partnerships and share the impact and stories of our Community Services programs, Front Porch Communities Foundation, and Front Porch Center for Innovation and Wellbeing, among others.
  • Create weekly internal newsletter that promotes Front Porch and community social media and news.
  • Draft responses to reviews and social media comments, ensuring a positive and engaging interaction and HIPAA compliant responses.
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned.

Credentials:

Certified Social Media Manager (CSMM) Certification

Education with Equivalent Qualifications:
Essential:

Bachelors Degree in Marketing Communications or a related field. Or Associates Degree/Two years of College plus Two years of related work experience or Four years of related work experience.

Experience with Equivalent Qualifications:
Essential:

5 Years Content Creation on Social Media with exposure preparing Social Media strategic campaigns with an in-depth knowledge of Social Media platforms, their respective audience, and current best practices.
