Communications Specialist

RIDA Technical Services is hiring a full-time remote Communications Specialist. In this role, you will develop and execute communication strategies, write and edit content for both internal and external audiences, and manage press releases and announcements. You will facilitate effective internal communications across teams and ensure strategic messaging aligns with the company’s vision and goals. You will also play a key role in maintaining clear, cohesive, and impactful communication with stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Communication and Internal Communications
• Experience with Press Releases and Strategic Communications
• Strong Writing skills for diverse content types
• Strong organizational, editorial, and project management abilities
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Understanding of the energy or industrial sector is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
