Job Description:

We are seeking an App User Community Operations Specialist to lead community engagement, user-generated content (UGC) growth, and brand-building for our app. This role requires a strong community operations mindset with an app product perspective , ensuring that engagement strategies align with product features and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance user interaction and activity within the app.
  • UGC Growth: Encourage and manage high-quality user-generated content to strengthen branding and community trust.
  • Brand Advocacy: Identify and nurture key community members, influencers, and ambassadors to amplify brand presence.
  • Product Collaboration & Feature Requests: Gather community insights and proactively submit feature requests to the product team to optimize engagement and campaign effectiveness.
  • Event & Campaign Execution: Plan and execute in-app events, challenges, and campaigns to drive user participation.
  • Data & Insights: Monitor community behavior, analyze user feedback, and refine strategies to improve engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with social media, short video, design, marketing advertising, and product teams to integrate community initiatives with broader business goals.
  • Other possible responsibilities arranged by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Chinese Native speaker or C1, English C1 is also mandatory.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in community operations, user engagement, and UGC-driven growth strategies .
  • Experience in communicating feature demands to the product team for better campaign and engagement outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
