VITRA Health understands that most caregivers face tremendous financial and emotional challenges, often without compensation or support for their selfless efforts. That's why, at VITRA, we provide comprehensive assistance to caregivers with financial support, a customized care plan, community resources, and caring teams of nurses and case managers.

The Community Liaison II- Contractor will assist with managing sales and lead generation efforts in AFC, FGAFC, CGAFC, ADH, and any other Vitra related programs. Develops, implements, and executes a business plan within his/her assigned territory. Spearhead generating new partnerships and client leads within the community. To begin the enrollment process for eligible members in the field and assist in the intake process for prospective members.


Essential Functions
:

  • Tracks and reports on the targets and KPIs for the North and Boston Region.
  • Collaborate with care access to optimize the Vitra client pipeline.
  • Develops Collaborates with the Senior Director of Business Development and growth to develop
  • Embrace and champion a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Foster culture of customer service and commitment to quality care.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Vitra reflecting our vision, mission, and values.
  • Show genuine interest and compassion for the communities we serve.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:

  • College Degree preferred, High school diploma or GED required.
  • 5+ years of sales or business development experience.
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Bilingual in English and secondary language preferred.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills.


Physical and Environmental Demands:

  • Works in a clean, well-lit environment with fluctuating temperatures in close proximity to others.
  • Requires substantial periods of repetitive work utilizing a computer, monitor, keyboard, and mouse.
  • Requires lifting and carrying equipment and supplies weighing up to 35 pounds; requires pushing and pulling equipment and supplies weighing up to 35 pounds; requires walking and standing; requires frequent sitting more than 75% of the workday; requires the ability to navigate stairs; requires visual acuity and manual dexterity to operate equipment.
