Summary: The Community Management Executive will be responsible for nurturing and growing our community across various social media platforms, digital channels, and offline touchpoints. This role will be instrumental in building strong relationships with customers, influencers, and brand advocates while ensuring that our community remains vibrant, inclusive, and engaged.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Community Engagement & Management: Act as the brand’s voice and engage with our audience across social media, forums, and other digital platforms in a timely and authentic manner. Respond to comments, messages, and user-generated content to foster meaningful relationships.
  • Influencer & Advocate Relations: Identify and build relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and passionate community members to enhance brand loyalty and advocacy.
  • Monitoring & Insights: Track community sentiment, trends, and feedback, providing actionable insights to internal teams, with recommendations to improve engagement and community sentiment.
  • Support: Assist in executing community-driven campaigns, giveaways, and exclusive brand activations, ensuring high engagement and participation.
  • Moderation & Social Listening: Monitor and moderate both brand-owned and non-owned spaces and share regular social listening reports.
  • Offline Community Building: Support event activations, pop-ups, and other in-person opportunities to connect with our community in meaningful ways.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in community management, social media, or digital marketing within the beauty, lifestyle, or fashion industry.
  • Deep understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Passion for beauty and strong knowledge of industry trends and consumer behaviors.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an engaging and brand-appropriate tone.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate community insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience working with influencer marketing and brand advocacy programs is a plus.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must demonstrate a high level of discretion and sound judgment when managing direct messages and private interactions on behalf of the brand and its founder.
