About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Community Manager to build, nurture, and engage a thriving global community around the brand. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of crypto and fintech audiences, a passion for connecting people, and the ability to manage conversations across Telegram, Discord, X, and other social platforms. You’ll play a key role in shaping the brand’s community voice, driving engagement, and turning users into advocates.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive community engagement strategy aligned with brand and marketing goals.
  • Manage and grow online communities across Telegram, Discord, Reddit, and other crypto-focused platforms.
  • Foster meaningful conversations, answer questions, and maintain a positive, informed, and engaging environment.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and KOL teams to promote campaigns, product updates, and announcements within the community.
  • Identify community trends, feedback, and sentiment to inform product and marketing teams.
  • Plan and host community events, AMAs, and interactive sessions to strengthen engagement and retention.
  • Manage community feedback loops and ensure user concerns are escalated to the right teams.
  • Track key community metrics, prepare reports, and recommend actions to enhance participation and loyalty.
  • Stay informed about industry updates, competitor activities, and emerging community management practices.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience managing online communities, ideally within the crypto, fintech, or digital trading industries.
  • Strong understanding of Web3 culture, blockchain terminology, and crypto community behavior.
  • Proven experience in managing Telegram, Discord, and other engagement platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive discussions diplomatically.
  • Creative thinker who can initiate engagement activities, contests, and interactive discussions.
  • Familiarity with social media tools, analytics platforms, and reporting dashboards.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment and engaging with users across multiple time zones.
