Job Description

Position Overview: As the Community Manager, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing our online and offline communities, focusing on international markets. Your role will involve engaging with our customers, building relationships, and driving brand loyalty. Experience in the perfume industry and international sales will be a significant asset in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to foster relationships with customers, influencers, and brand advocates across various international markets.
  • Monitor and manage community interactions across social media platforms, forums, and other channels to ensure a positive brand presence.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support international export initiatives and campaigns.
  • Analyze community feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Organize and participate in events, both virtual and in-person, to promote our brand and engage with our community.
  • Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including promotions, educational materials, and brand stories.
  • Foster relationships with industry influencers, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and community growth.
  • Track and report on community engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in community management, marketing, or customer engagement, preferably in the perfume or beauty industry.
  • Strong understanding of international sales processes and market dynamics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage a diverse audience.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics.
  • Passion for fragrances and an understanding of the perfume industry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is a plus.
