Community Manager / Marketing Assistant

Are you passionate about social media, digital marketing, and building thriving online communities? Do you love writing content that connects and converts? We're a fast-growing startup looking for a dynamic and creative Community Manager / Marketing Assistant to take our online presence to the next level.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and grow our presence across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Write and publish SEO-optimized blog posts aligned with our brand and strategy
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages to engage with our community
• Plan and schedule content calendars
• Animate and grow an online community of entrepreneurs and expats
• Create engaging content (graphics, reels, videos, stories, newsletters, etc.)
• Use AI tools to accelerate and enhance content creation (ChatGPT, Canva, etc.)
• Track engagement metrics and suggest growth strategies

You Are:

• Fluent in English (French is a bonus!)
• Creative, proactive, and full of ideas
• Strong in writing, with a good grasp of SEO and storytelling
• Familiar with AI tools, social media management platforms, and basic graphic design
• Interested in startups, entrepreneurship, and the Dubai business ecosystem
• Able to work independently, with a growth mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
