Danex.AI is an all-in-one platform to design, grow, and monetize lifelike AI influencers, for brands, creators, and agencies. We’re building tools to create avatars, customize personalities, and generate content at scale.

Why join as a volunteer?

Learn by doing with a fast-moving AI startup. Build a real portfolio, collaborate with founders, and ship visible work. Ideal for students, early-career talent, and career-switchers who want hands-on experience with AI, product, and growth.

Once the project grows the community members will be the first ones to be considered to join the team as an employee.

Choose your interest (pick one or more)

Entrepreneurial:

• Growth & Partnerships: business development, market research, lead lists, outreach.
• Global view : Following latest AI trends. Ideas in integrating them into the platform.

Social:

• Social Content Lab: TikToks/reels, social media posts, carousels, short blogs, tutorials, social media management
• Community & Events: Community operations, onboarding buddies, İzmir meetups

Technical:

• AI & Product : prompt engineering, QA, user feedback, lightweight UX research
• Dev Helpers: small UI fixes, dev docs, bug reports (web front-end focus)

Innovational:

• Open Contribution: pitch your own idea and we’ll scope it together.

What you’ll learn / get

• Practical experience in AI content, product ops, growth, and community
• Portfolio artifacts (credited work you can showcase)
• Mentorship & feedback from founders, and track leads
• Beta access & credits to Danex.AI features
• Certificates, references, and LinkedIn endorsements for consistent contributors
• Spotlight in public “Top Contributor” posts and at İzmir meetups

Time commitment

• Minimum: 4 hours/week for at least 8–12 weeks (flexible around exams/work)
• Remote-first; occasional İzmir meetups (optional but encouraged)

You are

• Curious about AI, startups, and self-development
• A finisher: you like to take a task, complete it , and learn from feedback
• Comfortable with async tools (Notion, Google Suite)
• Able to collaborate in flexible hours and remotely.
• Speaking both English and Turkish.
