Community Relations Director – Home Care Sales (Dallas, TX)

This role is for a sales-focused leader who thrives on building referral relationships, signing up new clients and managing those relationships for long-term growth. You’ll have the autonomy to grow your own book of business, backed by a proven playbook, a dedicated operations team and 10+ years of local success.

What You’ll Do

• Spend ~80% of your time marketing and selling in the community.
  
• Build referral partnerships with hospitals, rehabs, senior living communities and other sources.
  
• Own the client relationship — you are their advisor, from first meeting through ongoing care.
  
• Grow client hours by listening, identifying needs and ensuring we’re always delivering superior experiences.
  
• Proactively connect with clients and families each week to strengthen trust, support evolving needs and keep relationships thriving.
  
• Collaborate with our Operations team (scheduling, recruiting, caregiver management) so you can stay focused on clients, accounts and growth.
