Community Sales Manager - International Workplace Group plc

Join the International Workplace Group plc team as a Community Sales Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You'll drive sales growth, manage daily operations at a Regus centre, motivate a team, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day to day operations of the centre, ensuring smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
  • Motivate and develop a team of associates to deliver high level service.
  • Promote the centre to new customers and showcase flexible workspace benefits.
  • Generate leads by hosting engaging networking events and networking within your community.
  • Maintain strong relationships with members and identify opportunities for cross selling.
  • Work with regional operations to host monthly community sales manager meetings.
About You
  • A good communicator with experience in hospitality or events industry.
  • Confident, approachable and able to build strong customer relationships.
  • A great manager who leads by example and knows how to motivate a team.
  • Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them.
  • Positive, enthusiastic and adaptable to fast changing situations.
  • Confident using MS Office and basic IT packages.
