Company Accountant

We are looking for a full-time real estate accountant :

Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software, such as Tally.

Proficient in property management software - Training will be provided.

Processing accounts payable, invoices, utilities & payments

Processing receipts & collections

Bank, Credit card and escrow account reconciliations

Monthly closing of books

Monthly financials including balance sheet, income statement, cash-flow, and other required month-end reports.

Should be able to communicate and coordinate with Bank Home Loan department and Company Auditors ** - will be introduced and guided.

5 years of experience in Tally Software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Madurai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Accounting: 5 years (Preferred)
• Tally: 5 years (Preferred)
• total work: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CPA or CMA (Required)
• Chartered Accountant Certification (Preferred)

Location:

• Madurai, Tamil Nadu (Required)
