Company Driver

Position Summary

The Company Driver is responsible for safely transporting company staff, clients, and goods to designated locations, ensuring timely arrival while maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition. The role requires punctuality, reliability, and adherence to traffic and company safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive company vehicles for official purposes, including transporting employees, clients, and materials.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules, ensuring punctuality.
• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle(s).
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, tires, lights, brakes) and report any defects or maintenance needs.
• Ensure compliance with traffic laws, road safety, and company policies.
• Assist passengers in entering and exiting the vehicle safely.
• Handle delivery or pick-up of documents, equipment, or goods as required.
• Keep accurate logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and trips.
• Occasionally assist with minor maintenance or troubleshooting of the vehicle.
• Support administrative tasks when required, such as filing or courier duties.

Skills & Qualifications

• Valid driving license for the relevant vehicle type.
• Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a corporate or logistics environment.
• Knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.

Preferred

• Clean driving record.
• Defensive driving skills.
• Experience with GPS/navigation systems.
• Knowledge of UAE traffic regulations (if applicable).

Work Environment

• Primarily vehicle-based; may include office or site-based tasks.
• May involve early mornings, late evenings, or occasional overtime.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
