Job Description:

Helen and Sons Business Consultancy is seeking a responsible and experienced Driver cum Public Relations Officer (PRO) to support company operations. The ideal candidate will be familiar with UAE roads and government departments, capable of handling both transportation duties and basic PRO tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and drop clients to required destinations safely and on time.
• Handle document submissions and collections at government departments, free zones, and other authorities.
• Ensure the company vehicle is clean, maintained, and serviced regularly.
• Assist with visa processing, license renewals, and other PRO-related tasks.
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance during all official duties.
• Follow all UAE traffic rules and company protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of driving experience in the UAE (light vehicle license required).
• Good knowledge of roads in Sharjah, Dubai, and surrounding Emirates.
• Prior experience handling basic PRO work (preferred).
• Must be on own visa.
• Ability to communicate in English and Tamil (mandatory).
• Polite, reliable, and punctual.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime when required.
