Job Description: Competence Head

The Competence Head is responsible for overseeing technical training, competency development, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead competency-based training programs and skill development initiatives.

Provide technical guidance and support to trainers and field service teams.

Ensure high-quality service delivery, including troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning.

Monitor and maintain training records, time logs, and resource utilization.

Prepare reports and feedback for management to improve technical operations.

Collaborate with supervisors to enhance workforce competency and efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Degree: Preferred in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 4 years in a related field.

Technical Skills: Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with construction equipment.

Other Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
