What You Will Be Doing

As a completion associate manager, you will manage shift crews of represented mechanics led by Supervisors charged with the completion of aircraft build, systems testing, and operational check flights. Ensures company, customer, engineering, and FAA specifications and regulations are met. Responsible for driving and adjusting as necessary work assignments to meet tactical and strategic goals. Provides direction to primarily salary exempt subordinates. Ensures that tasks are completed on schedule and within budget following established procedures, schedules, and work plans. Work is reviewed for overall quality and efficiency. Administers and executes policies and procedures that typically affect individual subordinate employees.

  • Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Acceptance Test Flight experience to include knowledge of flight line processes and safety procedures

  • Previous leadership experience
Desired Skills:
Fighter Aircraft Experience; F-35 manufacturing experience.
  • Working knowledge of LM Manufacturing Systems including, JTD/DOMMS/ALIS,EDMS, MPRS II, QADs, PDM, MRP, SFM, and EWI.
  • Experience working with representative employees and or managing representative employees.
  • Familiarity with Flight Line aircraft maintenance, safety processes.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Experience with LM organizational environment to include production engineering, manufacturing engineering, production control, and industrial engineering
  • Comfortable and effective at holding self and others accountable
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
