Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update daily environmental and social compliance data and documentation.
- Assist in preparing audit files, reports, and presentations.
- Monitor and review compliance checklists and key performance indicators.
- Support the implementation of environmental management programs and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to collect, verify, and organize compliance information.
- Participate in internal audits, inspection readiness, and follow-up on findings.
- Stay updated with current environmental and social regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Management, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of environmental and social compliance systems (ZDHC, Higg FEM/FSLM, ISO 14001, etc.) will be an asset.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data management and reporting.
- Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and well-organized with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines effectively.
