Compliance & CRM Specialist

About the Role:
We are looking for a smart, tech-savvy, and analytical fresh graduate with a background in IT, Business Analytics, or Operations Management to join our team as a Compliance & Audit Officer – CRM Specialist. Graduates from reputable universities are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit CRM activities: tasks, deals, client communications, notes, timelines, and document uploads.
• Ensure all SOPs are followed for communications, client service, and sales operations.
• Track activity records, verify information accuracy, and identify discrepancies or falsified data.
• Support sales and service teams by monitoring client tasks and activities.
• Maintain dashboards, KPIs, compliance reports, and audit logs in the CRM.
• Multi-task effectively, learn quickly, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and attention to detail.
• CRM knowledge or willingness to learn.
• High integrity and adherence to SOPs.
