About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Executive to support the organization in managing statutory and regulatory compliances, primarily under Shops & Establishment Acts and Labour Laws. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling compliance documentation, maintaining statutory registers, and coordinating with government departments and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with Shops & Establishment Acts, Factories Act, Labour Laws, and other applicable statutory regulations.
  • Assist in registration, renewal, and amendment processes under various labour and establishment legislations.
  • Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and returns as per regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance reports and returns.
  • Liaise with consultants, auditors, and labour departments for inspections and audits.
  • Track and monitor timelines for statutory filings and renewals to avoid non-compliance.
  • Support in compliance audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
  • Keep abreast of changes in labour laws and ensure internal policies are updated accordingly.
  • Coordinate with HR and Operations teams to ensure compliance adherence across all locations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Law, HR, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in labour law compliance and shops & establishment compliance.
  • Good knowledge of applicable labour legislations (e.g., CLRA, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic compliance management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,538.43 - ₹30,419.23 per month
