Job Title: Compliance Officer

Location: Kuwait

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Compliance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our organization adheres to regulatory requirements and maintains the highest standards of compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the organization’s operations comply with Kuwait CMA regulations.
• Review, update, and maintain compliance manuals and internal policies.
• Provide guidance and support to management on compliance-related matters.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure timely reporting as required.
• Monitor changes in regulations and ensure the organization’s policies and procedures are updated accordingly.

Essential Criteria:

• Must be a registered Compliance Officer with the Kuwait CMA or hold the CMA qualification required for registration.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in compliance , with direct interaction or reporting experience with the CMA.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in reviewing and updating compliance manuals and internal policies .

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of Kuwait financial regulations and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
