Keystone Auditing,a leading audit and professional services firm in Bahrain, is seeking qualified Compliance Officers to ensure our operations meet the highest regulatory and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the company applies internal controls, guidelines, and strategies to meet regulatory requirements

Provide appropriate training to employees to perform their roles according to compliance standards

Monitor employee adherence to internal records, regulations, and procedures to combat money laundering & terrorism financing

Oversee the development and improvement of systems and procedures, including updating records and daily compliance measures

Ensure management enforces disciplinary regulations and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements

Prepare risk-based reports for new products or services introduced by the company

Verify the reliability of customer due diligence information before establishing business relationships or processing transactions

Report any compliance breaches to the competent authority (MOIC) and the management

Qualifications & Requirements:

1.⁠ ⁠Must be a Bahraini national

2.⁠ ⁠Fluent in Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking)

3.⁠ ⁠University qualification of at least a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or equivalent

4.⁠ ⁠Hold a certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS or equivalent) approved by the competent Ministry unit

5.⁠ ⁠Successfully completed all courses specified by the relevant Ministry unit

6.⁠ ⁠Minimum 2 years of practical audit experience
