Compliance Officer (QA)

We’re looking for a Compliance Officer who can help to keep our standards strong, maintain documentation, and keep our teams aligned. This role is all about bringing structure, clarity, and coordination among different departments. Job responsibilities:

• Enforce implementation, monitoring, and continual improvement of compliance frameworks aligned with relevant standards (e.g., FSSC 22000, ISO, regulatory guidelines).
• Maintain, update, and optimise controlled documentation, including policies, SOPs, records, and monitoring forms.
• Coordinate with Production, QC, Procurement, HR, and other departments to ensure consistent application of compliance requirements across the value chain.
• Support internal audits, gap assessments, and timely closure of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Assist in readiness activities for external audits and regulatory inspections.
• Ensure all documentation repositories are organised, current, and aligned with relevant standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Zoology, Marine Biology, Quality Management, or a related science discipline.

Strong understanding of international standards and certification schemes. (ISO 22000, HACCP, ISO 9001)

Proven experience (6 months-1 year) in a QA/QC/Compliance department in the FMCG industry. Fresh candidates are also welcome to apply.

Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
