About the Role
The Compliance Specialist will help administer our Corporate Compliance program across the organization. This role supports compliance training, auditing and monitoring, reporting, and advising the business on internal policies and processes. You will also conduct investigations into reports and allegations of compliance violations and serve as a trusted resource for compliance-related concerns.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor and Manage Compliance Concerns: Track and respond to compliance issues reported through multiple channels (phone, email, hotline, website).

Conduct Investigations: Perform independent, thorough investigations into alleged compliance violations, including gathering evidence, conducting interviews, and analyzing documentation.

Coordinate with Stakeholders: Work closely with Legal, HR, IT Security, and other control functions to ensure unbiased resolutions and consistent disciplinary actions.

Evaluate Evidence and Recommend Actions: Review facts, witness statements, and documentation to determine policy violations; prepare investigation summaries and recommendations.

Maintain Records and Systems: Keep detailed investigation files, update compliance databases, and monitor systems for effectiveness.

Policy Development: Collaborate with team members to create, maintain, and update Corporate Compliance policies and procedures; provide input on related policies across the organization.

Training and Education: Recommend training topics based on trends; develop and deliver compliance education sessions (in-person, virtual, and e-learning); track completion of certifications.

Audit and Monitoring Support: Assist internal and external auditors during compliance reviews; prepare reports on compliance operations and progress.

Systems Administration: Serve as administrator for compliance-related software programs and systems.

Program Support: Assist in administering the Anti-Bribery & Corruption program, KYC and other compliance initiatives.

Other Duties: Perform additional compliance-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.

Minimum 4 years of experience in compliance or related functions (Legal, Risk, Internal Audit).

Experience with investigations and interviewing preferred.

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with compliance software preferred.

Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification is a plus.
