Job Description:

We are hiring a Computer Service Engineer to handle Laptop, Desktop and Printer service support at our HP Showroom in Salem. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in system installation, LAN networking, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Responsibilities:

• Installation and troubleshooting of Laptops, Desktops and printers
• Server based LAN network configuration and maintenance
• Software installation and OS setup
• Customer site visits and service reporting
• Support showroom service operations and AMC customers

Requirements:

• Qualification: Diploma / Any Degree in Computer or Electronics
• Experience: 1–2 years preferred
• Must have knowledge of LAN, Server , Windows installation, and printer configuration
• Should be a resident of Salem
• Two-wheeler preferred for on-site service visits
