What You Will Do

• Supervise daily operations of the Concierge desk, ensuring accurate information, efficient service, and guest satisfaction.
• Assist the Chief Concierge in training, mentoring, and motivating a high-performing team.
• Act as a key point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, reservations, transportation, special requests, and local recommendations.
• Curate personalized itineraries and guest experiences that reflect the resort's luxury positioning and the uniqueness of the Red Sea.
• Ensure consistent communication and collaboration with Front Desk, Guest Experience, Residences, and F&B teams.
• Oversee delivery of time-sensitive and VIP services including restaurant bookings, excursions, spa appointments, and special occasions.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support pre-opening initiatives including team recruitment, training, and the development of local partnerships and experiences.

What You Bring

• Experience in a Concierge or Guest Relations leadership role at a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong knowledge of luxury service standards, local attractions, and destination experiences.
• Pre-opening experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility, professionalism, and genuine passion for guest engagement.
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a strong asset.

Knowledge And Skills

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a 5-star hotel or resort concierge team.
• Familiarity with concierge systems and platforms.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Arabic and English.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with strong reading, writing, and oral proficiency.
