SME Electromechanical is urgently looking for a highly dedicated Site Supervisor Assistant for a crucial short-term civil works contract on a solar project.

This hands-on role is for individuals with practical site experience and a strong focus on execution and quality checks.

Position Constraints & Compensation:

• Targeted Candidates: We are seeking candidates with practical site experience, regardless of formal degree qualification. Technical certificates are preferred but not mandatory.
• Compensation: The maximum monthly salary offered for this contract is AED 3,000, based on experience.
• Availability: Must be able to join immediately for a 2-3 month contract.

Role: Site Supervisor Assistant (Concrete & Alignment)

You will be the eyes and ears on the ground, ensuring the work is executed correctly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise and monitor labor teams working on solar foundation (concrete) and structural alignment tasks.
• Perform basic, visual quality checks for concrete pouring, curing, and structural leveling on site.
• Ensure all daily work is completed according to the site instructions provided by the Senior Engineer.
• Maintain a focus on site safety and discipline among the workers.
• Report daily progress and issues promptly.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of direct, hands-on site experience in heavy civil construction or industrial sites.
• Must have practical site experience on solar/PV projects (foundations or alignment).
• No high formal educational qualification is required—practical experience is the priority.
• Must be physically fit, willing to work long hours on site, and highly reliable.
