About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Concrete Construction Superintendent to lead our labor crews and subcontractors in delivering high-quality commercial concrete projects. In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate schedules, maintain safety standards, and ensure each project is completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise concrete labor crews and subcontractors on commercial job sites
Review subcontractor performance, schedules, and progress to ensure project milestones are met
Ensure all construction work meets quality standards, budget goals, and project timelines
Conduct routine job site inspections to maintain safety, compliance, and productivity
Provide on-site guidance, problem-solving, and direction to team members
Maintain detailed daily logs documenting progress, issues, and repairs for project managers and stakeholders
Promote and enforce safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications

5+ years of concrete construction field experience required
Previous leadership or superintendent experience highly preferred
Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods, scheduling, and job-site safety
Ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors effectively
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
