🎯 Job Mission: Lead Project Delivery and Architecture Your primary mission is to assume full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of complex client assignments. You will independently design, architect, and implement large-scale Atlassian solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and technical excellence, while also providing mentorship to junior team members.

🔑 Key Responsibilities As a Confirmed Consultant, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy and technical ownership:

🧩 Solution Architecture & Design: Lead the technical design, configuration, and implementation of complex, large-scale Atlassian solutions, including advanced workflows, integrations, and automation.

🧩 Project Leadership: Manage all technical aspects of project delivery from scope definition and validation through to deployment and post-implementation optimization.

🧩 Client Engagement & Advising: Act as the primary technical advisor and subject matter expert for clients, leading consulting workshops and translating strategic business needs into scalable Atlassian architectures.

🧩 Advanced Support: Troubleshoot and resolve complex Level 2/3 technical issues related to performance, integrations, and system stability across various hosting types (Cloud, Data Center).

🧩 Mentorship: Provide guidance, technical support, and best-practice coaching to Junior Consultants on project delivery and solution configuration.

🧩 Certification & Expertise: Maintain current advanced Atlassian certifications (e.g., ACP-JSW, ACP-JSM) and continually expand expertise in related DevOps and ALM tools (e.g., GitLab).

🧩 Documentation & Reporting: Produce comprehensive, high-quality documentation (design, deployment, operating procedures) and ensure accurate project tracking and timely status reporting.

🎓 What We're Looking For

📌Academic Level: Master’s degree / Engineer in Computer Science or equivalent.

📌Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in IT Consulting, specifically focused on the Atlassian product suite.

📌Technical Expertise: Proven, in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with advanced configuration of Jira Software, Confluence, and Jira Service Management. Experience with Groovy Scripting (ScriptRunner), APIs, and integration tools is highly desirable.

📌Certifications: Possession of current Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP) certifications is mandatory.

📌Language Skills: Excellent level of Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
