Construction Chemicals - Sales / Business Development Manager

Experience: 4–6 years overall in the Construction Chemicals industry, with at least 1–2 years in the UAE

Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales / Business Development Manager with strong expertise in Construction Chemicals. Only candidates with experience in chemical-based products such as concrete admixtures, waterproofing solutions, sealants, protective coatings, polymer/epoxy repair mortars, and chemical-based tile adhesives will be considered. Experience in general building materials (e.g., plain concrete, paints, or tiles) is not eligible.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and expand client relationships in the Construction Chemicals sector.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
• Conduct presentations, demos, and project proposals for clients and stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with architects, contractors, distributors, and consultants.
• Monitor sales performance and report to management.

Requirements:

• 5–6 years of sales/business development experience in Construction Chemicals, with at least 1–2 years in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of concrete admixtures, waterproofing solutions, sealants, protective coatings, polymer/epoxy repair mortars, and chemical-based tile adhesives.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or related field preferred.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
