Construction Estimator

Walls Excavating LLC is searching for a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our growing team. In this critical role, you'll leverage your expertise to estimate costs for earthwork and utilitiesensuring precision.

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for heavy civil projects, including earthworks, storm drainage, utilities, and site preparation.
• Utilize estimating software such as INSITE or similar take-off tools
• Conduct detailed project analysis, including site visits, to ensure accurate estimates
• Organize and manage all bid documentation, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
• Assist with the preparation of project schedules and budgets to support competitive bidding.

QUALIFICATION

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Excellent computer skills and extensive knowledge of Word, Excel, MS Project
• Effective analytical, communicating, writing and organizational skills.
• Be a proactive, organized, self-starter and be able to manage workload and priorities
• Valid Driver's License, medical card, acceptable driving record to drive company vehicles.
