Construction Helper

A reliable and hardworking Construction Helper is required to support daily site operations across various construction projects in Qatar. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in Qatar, be physically fit, and be ready to join immediately with a valid QID and NOC.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist skilled workers such as masons, carpenters, electricians, and plumbers.
• Load and unload construction materials and move them to designated areas.
• Prepare construction sites by cleaning debris, removing hazards, and setting up equipment.
• Mix materials such as cement, sand, and mortar as required.
• Operate basic tools, equipment, and machinery under supervision.
• Assist in scaffolding installation and dismantling (if required).
• Support general site housekeeping to maintain a safe working environment.
• Follow safety instructions and adhere to site rules and procedures.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisors or site engineers.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of construction experience in Qatar
• Valid QID and NOC (mandatory for immediate joining)
• Physically fit and capable of manual labor
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
• Immediate availability
