Construction HSE Officer – Trakhees Projects

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled HSE Officer with hands-on experience in Trakhees-regulated projects to support our construction teams in Dubai. The role involves ensuring that all safety and environmental standards are upheld across our high-rise, villa, and infrastructure developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the site HSE Management System (HSEMS).
• Conduct routine site inspections, audits, and safety briefings.
• Lead incident investigations and introduce preventive measures.
• Ensure compliance with PPE requirements and company safety policies.
• Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and risk assessments.
• Conduct staff inductions and safety training sessions.
• Prepare site-specific risk assessments and HSE plans.
• Promote a strong safety culture alongside project managers.
• Monitor site hygiene, welfare facilities, and regulatory adherence.
• Submit monthly HSE performance reports to management.

Required Qualifications & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• NEBOSH IGC certification.
• Mandatory Trakhees experience (projects such as Nakheel, Palm Jumeirah, JAFZA, PCFC, or equivalent).
• IOSH Managing Safely certification.
• ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 knowledge/certifications.
• COSHH Risk Assessor training.
• Behavioral-Based Safety (BBS) certification.
• Fire Safety and First Aid certifications.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of UAE construction HSE experience.
• Experience in high-rise or villa construction projects.
• Strong understanding of UAE HSE regulations.
• DDA approval is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
