We’re Hiring: Construction Labourers
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Company: Al Marwan Group
Experience: 1+ year in construction field

We are looking for hardworking and reliable Construction Labourers to join our growing team. The ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in general construction work and be physically fit to handle site tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving construction materials
• Support skilled workers (carpenters, masons, steel fixers, etc.)
• Perform general site cleaning and preparation
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• Operate basic construction tools when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in construction
• Ability to work in outdoor site conditions
• Physically fit and punctual
• Basic understanding of site safety practices
