Construction Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various construction projects, supporting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring the smooth progress of construction activities. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, safety-conscious, and eager to learn new skills in a dynamic environment. Prior experience in construction is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Duties

• Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment
• Support skilled tradespeople by carrying tools, materials, and supplies to designated areas
• Help with demolition, excavation, and site cleanup as needed
• Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe working environment
• Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
• Support the installation of structures, frameworks, or other components as directed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency

Experience

• Prior experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated individuals
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Knowledge of basic safety procedures on construction sites is advantageous
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills are essential qualities for success in this role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
