Key Responsibilities:

Able to search contact and secure contracts

Preparing tenders for clients and commercial bids to help bring in new business in coordination with the Finance department.

Develop and present project proposals in coordination with the Finance department

Meeting with clients to find out their requirements

Producing plans and estimating budgets and timescales
-
Discussing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms of business contracts
-
Agreeing budgets and timescales with the clients
-
Managing construction schedules and budgets
-
Attending site meetings to monitor progress
-
Acting as the main point of contact for clients, site and project managers
-
Working with third parties to ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities
-
Making sure construction projects meet agreed technical standards
-
Liaising with technical and financial staff, sub-contractors, legal teams and the client's own representatives
-
Overseeing invoicing at the end of a project
-
Work both on-site and in the office
Qualifications and Skills:
-
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Business field knowledge is a plus)
-
5+ years of experience in construction management, including overseeing project teams and coordinating with clients for commercial & technical troubleshoots
-
Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in the construction industry in KSA.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Project management software and tools (Premavira)
-
Proficiency in English
