Hiring: Construction Manager – Villa Projects (UAE/Gulf Experience Required)

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager specializing in villa construction projects for an immediate requirement.

Mandatory Criteria:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in villa construction within UAE/Gulf
• Total professional experience: 10–15 years Strong background in:
• End-to-end villa project execution
• Contractor & site team management
• Planning, scheduling, and quality control
• Budgeting and cost management
• UAE authority approvals & compliance

Location: UAE
Availability: Short notice preferred
