Job Title: Construction Manager - Civil

Experience Level: Senior (10+ Years)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day civil construction operations at project sites (high-rise and villa projects).
• Ensure the execution of work is in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure timely progress and quality compliance.
• Supervise site teams, foremen, and subcontractors, ensuring high productivity and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Plan and schedule construction activities in coordination with planning and procurement teams.
• Manage construction logistics, site mobilization, material delivery, and manpower allocation.
• Monitor and control construction progress against baseline schedules and report delays or variances with action plans.
• Review and verify site work inspections, RFI responses, and ensure compliance with municipality and authority regulations.
• Ensure implementation of HSE protocols, toolbox talks, and risk assessments at the site.
• Coordinate for site inspections and approvals with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, Civil Defense, and other relevant authorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 5+ years in the UAE.
• Proven experience in managing high-rise buildings and villa construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes, local regulations, and authority procedures.
• Excellent leadership and site management skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Familiar with project scheduling tools (MS Project or Primavera P6).
• Ability to manage multiple teams and contractors simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• UAE driving license preferred.
