Construction Manager – High-Rise Building Project (Dubai)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage the complete execution of a high-rise building project in Dubai, from planning to handover. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in high-rise construction, leadership skills, and a proven record of delivering large-scale projects within schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

*Manage and supervise the overall construction activities from mobilization to final completion and handover.

*Plan, coordinate, and monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment.*Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and safety regulations.

*Lead site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to achieve project milestones.

*Coordinate closely with the Project Manager, QA/QC, and Planning departments.

*Review and approve method statements, material submittals, and shop drawings.

*Monitor site progress and prepare progress reports for management and clients.

*Control project costs and manage resource allocation effectively.

*Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.

*Ensure compliance with local authority requirements and safety standards.

Requirements:

*Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

*Minimum 10–15 years of UAE experience, with at least 5 years in a Construction Manager role.

*Proven experience in high-rise building projects from start to finish.

*Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, and coordination.

*Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

*Familiar with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other local authority standards.
