Construction Manager - Infrastructure

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in infrastructure projects to oversee and manage all on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and in full compliance with standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and manage day-to-day construction operations for infrastructure projects
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and HSE regulations
• Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and technical documents
• Prepare progress reports, site documentation, and project updates for management
• Manage resources including labor, equipment, and materials
• Resolve site issues, conflicts, and constraints to maintain workflow continuity
• Ensure compliance with local authority requirements and permits

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 8+ years of construction experience , with at least 5 years in infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, drainage, bridges, etc.)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Extensive knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and best practices
• Proficient in project planning and site management tools
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines
