Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Manager to lead construction operations throughout the full project life cycle, from mobilization to handover. The Civil Construction Manager will oversee site activities, manage resources, ensure compliance with HSE and QA/QC standards, and coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams. This role is essential in ensuring that all civil works are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with project specifications and local authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning

• Contribute to the preparation of the project baseline schedule.
• Prepare manpower and equipment histograms.
• Develop and update look-ahead schedules.

Construction Management

• Manage and supervise all civil construction activities on site.
• Monitor and control schedule performance and ensure compliance with project timelines.
• Oversee subcontractors’ work, ensuring alignment with quality, HSE, and project requirements.
• Manage in-house construction teams, monitor productivity, and ensure adherence to HSE and quality standards.
• Coordinate construction activities with other trades, particularly MEP.
• Plan and manage all site logistics efficiently.

Reporting

• Contribute to the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
• Assist in producing productivity and cost-related reports.

Additional Duties

• Coordinate with supervision consultants as required.
• Prepare timely material requests and other project requirements in accordance with company procedures.
• Collaborate with QA/QC teams in preparing and securing approval for Method Statements and ITPs.
• Lead, mentor, and support site engineers, general foremen, and foremen.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture (mandatory).
• 7–12 years of experience in building construction with strong exposure to structural concrete, curtain wall, and stone cladding works.
• Active Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership.
• Previous experience in KSA and GCC projects.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English .
