Construction Project Coordinator

About the Role

BCG Glass Industry is a leading curtain wall contractor specializing in high-end buildings in urban areas across the United States.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our project management team in coordinating project schedules, procurement activities, and manufacturing logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project procurement activities, including material sourcing, purchase orders, and supplier communications.
• Monitor project schedules and progress to ensure milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
• Liaise with the manufacturing team to align production timelines with project requirements.
• Assist with project close-out activities, ensuring all documentation, materials, and deliverables are accurate and complete.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain comprehensive and organized project records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to comprehend technical documents and instructions.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
• Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or project coordination is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
