Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator who will work both in the field and in their home office to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a solid understanding of construction processes and software.
Duties
- Assist the Project Manager in whatever they need for the planning and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Visit jobsites and building departments using employee vehicle. Mileage will be reimbursed by company.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information to ensure smooth workflow.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Raken for project tracking and reporting.
- Support the subcontracting process by gathering data and preparing documentation for bids.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise during execution.
- Maintain organized project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., ProCore, Raken) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam for document management and collaboration.
- Experience with Primavera for scheduling and project tracking is a plus.
- Knowledge of construction estimating principles is beneficial.
- Understanding of Civil 3D for site design and analysis is an advantage.
- Strong skills in blueprint reading to interpret technical drawings accurately.
- Previous experience in construction management or project coordination is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $77,080.00 - $83,878.00 per year
