Construction Project Manager – 1099 (Full-Time) – $50,000/year

A well-established full-service construction company in the Greater Seattle area is expanding to the Portland Oregon area and is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee custom home builds, ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units), additions, and high-end remodels.

This is a full-time 1099 independent contractor opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple projects, coordinate teams, and ensure every job is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily site operations, schedules, budgets, and quality control.

Oversee residential construction projects including ADUs and new home builds.

Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors.

Maintain communication, documentation, and compliance with building codes.

Ensure jobsite safety and professional standards at all times.

Qualifications:

3–5+ years of experience in residential construction or remodeling management.

Strong knowledge of local codes, permitting, and inspection processes.

Experience with ADUs or ground-up construction preferred.

Licensed and insured (or willing to obtain).

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.

Earning Potential: Equivalent up to $85,000/year (DOE)
