Position: Project Manager – Church Property Development Type: Full-Time Location: Lahaina Reports To: General Contractor & Church Leadership

Role Summary The Project Manager will lead the execution of a church property development project, coordinating all civil, mechanical, and municipal upgrades in alignment with the church’s vision. This role requires full lifecycle construction management experience with direct responsibility for schedule, budget, regulatory compliance, and field execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead construction operations from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Coordinate with County and City agencies for all civil and mechanical approvals.
  • Manage subcontractors, inspectors, consultants, and vendors.
  • Control schedule, budget, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Provide consistent reporting to church leadership and the General Contractor.
  • Enforce safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor.
  • Proven experience with municipal permitting and inspections.
  • Strong civil and mechanical construction coordination background.
  • Ability to lead field operations with authority and accountability.

Preferred

  • Experience with church, institutional, or community facilities.
  • OSHA certification.
  • Experience on occupied or phased campuses.

Compensation Competitive salary and full benefits based on experience.

Pay: $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
