Construction & Furnishing Project Manager
Location: Metro Detroit (travel required between project sites)

Position Overview
Easy Stay is rapidly expanding its portfolio of multifamily and single-family furnished rentals throughout Metro Detroit. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-driven Construction & Furnishing Project Manager who can manage multiple renovation and onboarding projects simultaneously.
You will lead construction timelines, coordinate trades, oversee job sites, and ensure new units are furnished, staged, and ready for guest occupancy on schedule. We need someone who thrives under pressure, owns outcomes, and takes pride in delivering polished, high-quality units.
Key Responsibilities
~ Project Planning & Execution
- Oversee full renovation cycles for multifamily and single-family properties — including varying degrees of renovation.
- Manage job site activity, coordinate trades, schedule inspections, and ensure adherence to scope and deadlines.
- Maintain master project schedules, proactively identify delays, and drive solutions.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety protocols, and internal quality standards.
~ Furnishing, Setup & Onboarding
- Work alongside the Design team to plan and coordinate furnishing installs (beds, décor, kitchen kits, smart home tech, etc.).
- Oversee staging and unit readiness for photography, onboarding, and live listing.
- Create punch lists and ensure all deficiencies are addressed before listing.
~ Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Direct field teams, contractors, and vendors across multiple simultaneous jobs.
- Work closely with the CEO, Property Manager, and Operations team to deliver on strategic growth plans.
- Maintain strong communication across departments, ensuring project alignment and reporting.
~ Vendor Coordination & Budget Management
- Oversee materials procurement, deliveries, inventory, and job-site logistics.
- Track project budgets, negotiate pricing, and reduce waste or inefficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation, receipts, change orders, and cost controls.
~ Quality Assurance
- Enforce Easy Stay’s high standards for renovations, tech installations, cleanliness, and guest-ready details.
- Ensure all units are delivered on time, on budget, and at the quality level expected.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5+ years of experience in construction project management, renovation management, or general contracting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple job sites simultaneously.
- Strong leadership: ability to hold trades accountable and drive urgency.
- High attention to detail — especially in finish quality and furnished rental preparation.
- Ability to solve problems in real-time and maintain momentum under tight deadlines.
- Highly organized, excellent communication skills, and comfortable with technology (project management tools, Monday.com, Breezeway, G-Suite, etc.).
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily across Metro Detroit.

Salary & Benefits
- $68,000 - $75,000 salary based on experience
